Agreements/Understandings
I agree & understand to conduct UPA pool leagues in strict accordance with all UPA policies and procedures in said venue(s) for 1 year for $250. I may retain the option to renew each year thereafter for $99 provided all terms of this Agreement are fulfilled.*

I understand and acknowledges that UPA pool leagues are Family Friendly and I shall recruit members commited to conducting themselves in accordance with UPA principles and ideals*

It is my sole responsibility to know and follow all UPA rules, policies, and procedures at all times and failure to do so concedes & forfeits any/all licensing rights. UPA shall solely and exclusively have the right to determine if my performance complies with said obligations.*

I shall submit all required paperwork and information within 1 business day of league play. I shall conduct all general league management items promptly and correctly including but not limited to; payments, membership requirements, dues, schedules, securing of prize funds, etc.*

I shall not use, manufacture, or create UPA trademarks, names, or logos, without the expressed written authorization of the UPA. I shall comply fully with all UPA standards and procedures on the World Wide Web. I shall not engage in the selling of UPA items/merchandise of any kind on the World Wide Web.*

I understand that failure to maintain reasonable communication with the UPA is a breach of this agreement.*

I understand that I am an independant contractor with a business of my own entirely seperate from the UPA. I specificly indemnify and hold harmless the UPA with any costs associated with the running of my pool league business.*
