What is the UPA?

We are an association created by Professional Poolplayers in the U.S. The UPA enjoys the cleanest and most professional brand in the sport of Pocket Billiards today. We have worked to further the sport of Pocket Billiards in the U.S. by the production of Professional Tournaments across the nation (televised and non-televised). Only recently have we launched the first pool league created by professionals, The League of Champions, for both men and women.

When was the UPA formed?

The UPA was formed in January of 2002 and is one of the most widely known Associations in the sport of pocket billiards.
